Do you remember when you were young and creatures and ghouls prowled underneath your bed..only to dart away at the last minute when you tried to catch a glimps of them before they vanished into thin air?
Do you remember the creeks and groans ofdark and shadowy basement, and how you had to muster all your courage not to run as fast as you could up the stairs, and do you recall the strange creatures that loitered in the closet?
Well no wonder the Real Estate market slows down in October!!!!
What parent would want to put their kid through that kind of terrible experience by moving in October into a brand new house with Halloween just around the corner?
In the mind of a child, the new home could really seem to be haunted!
The closing file is filled with inspections, rejections, conditions, exemptions, exceptions, certifications, waivers, and a litany of legalese detail to make certain every aspect of the sale is Bona Fide...
BUT THERE IS NOT ONE SINGLE DOCUMENT IN THE CLOSING FILE THAT CAN PROMISE TO A SCARED CHILD THAT HIS OR HER NEW HOME IS NOT NOR EVER WILL BE HAUNTED! (And that is wrong!)
This is why I, Dr. Cosmo Thaddeus Belvedere, Doctorate Cum Laude of all things Paranormal, have created this Haunted House Inspection letter so that parents can have offical documentation for their children that they never have to fear things that go bump in the night for as long as they live in their new home.
And if the child ever doubts my expert inspection and guarentee, I invite them to take me to court and prove that the house is actually haunted!
Below is a .Doc file of my October Inspection Letter.
I hope this October Inspection Letter can bring joy and I invite you to share it in the spirit (pun) of goodwill.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN
Doc. Cum Ladue Cosmo Thaddeus Belvedere esq.
